Car: 1993 nissan r32 skyline rb20de non turbo manual 200000kms australia

car wants to die when taking off from a stop and makes scary sounding burp explosion as it starts to move with a tenth of its power

Less then 1/4 tank petrol: car engine loses power when at a stop and taking off again. Engine almost stalls. Sounds like the car engine dies but then a couple of loud explosion burp sounds later it'll move with barely enough power and wont rev up so i have to keep upshifting to keep going so i can pull over to the side and restart the car. car runs fine until i come to a stop again.

More than 1/4 fuel tank but on a long drive 30min plus: same thing happens as above. 

Is this a problem with fuel side or air side or spark side. 

engine uses coil packs and i dont know how to check if ones misfiring

no obd port or nissan control port
