Hey Scotty, my fiancé got a 2020 Kia Sportage S with 10,500 miles, I’ve checked her hood and I notice the coolant level is low and the color is green. Which coolant I should use and recommend for near future.

Check your owner's manual.

Did you check your owner's manual for coolant type?
Also, you should read the the section for correct checking procedure. It should not be low on coolant after 1 year / 10,000 mi. If it is, then you have bigger problems that should be addressed by a mechanic.
