Hi Scotty,
I have 2020 Mitsubishi RVR, everytime the car is off for more than 3 hours, I would get a thump noise whenever I start car and turn the steering wheel one way and back to the other while driving. After that initial thump, the sound would go away. What can I do about it to fix it? Please suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you.

Is this car still under warranty? If so, take it in to have it repaired. Sounds like a steering component problem.

Well you have to pinpoint the noise for that. See my video finding the source of car noise of Scotty. It could be anything from a broken motor mount to a warn strut mount to a warm ball joint
