I am looking to buy a car- I have been looking at a new 2023 Toyota Camry TRD listing about $37k vs a 2019 Lexus IS 300 F-SPORT AWD for $37k with 36,000 miles.

What are your thoughts about theses two options. Thanks

both good cars, but the upkeep for the Lexus will cost a lot more

They're both pretty dependable vehicles. Even though the Camry TRD is brand new, the parts and the maintenance on that vehicle would be less expensive than the used Lexus which is your other option. The used Lexus though, that car is literally a baby! It can possibly go 400k miles trouble free as long as it's well taken care of. Since buying a car brand new can be a pain, maybe go for the Lexus. You may have to pay more expenses when it comes to maintaining the vehicle as it ages. But if I were you, I'd go with the Camry before it goes away and gets replaced with that new Camry with that infamous turbocharged four banger!😆
