2024Nissan Sentra sitting on lot since 3/2024 ,Would you buy ? Would you have a third party mechanic check it ?
Would you buy 2024 Nissan Sentra SR if it's been sitting on dealership lot for a year ? Manufacturer date is March of 2024.

Only if it has a manual transmission, a good mechanic says it's OK, and it's cheap.

Also be aware that Nissan is in really bad shape financially and it's quite possible you might wind up with an orphan car.

Would you buy 2024 Nissan Sentra SRNo, I wouldn't. Approximately 9000 Sentras been recalled because the axle shaft can separate from the transmission.
Comparable cars, like the Toyota Corolla, Honda Civic, Subaru Impreza or Mazda3 are in the same price range, and they are better built cars.
Nissan was once a builder of solid engines and reliable cars but those days are gone
