Hello my fellow car enthusiast and do it yourselfers! My 1995 4runner 3.0L V6 starts but shuts off during cold starts while it begins to idle. It takes 2 or 3 times in order for her to stay on. It all started when I cleaned the MAF sensor with MAF sensor cleaner. Changed the MAF sensor for a rebuilt one, changed the EDF relay, but the problem remains. What could it be? The other thing I think would be the fuel filter or the fuel pump or both? When she starts for a second or third time she stays on and if turned off and then turned on again after a short while she stays on. Also hearing a loud squealing noise but i believe is the power steering belt that needs adjustment. Just need to know in order to purchase the parts and have my Toyota in here regular form again.
