My 2011 Camry LE is exhibiting the symptom: When the temperature gets colder in the winter, the transmission slips significantly, whining when reversing/accelerating, until about five minutes of driving again. I'm wondering if there are any fixes I can try, or if the issue will get worse. I live in South Texas, where it's not too cold. However, in the mornings or after the car has been parked for a few hours, the transmission always needs a few minutes of driving to warm up. I push the gas pedal lightly and drive slowly at the beginning to avoid straining the transmission.
I appreciate any advice and suggestions. https://www.toyotanation.com/threads/2011-camry-le-transmission-slipping-afte-cold-start.1791908/?post_id=15050147&nested_view=1&sortby=oldest#post-15050147
You need to post your odometer per the instructions please.
Did you do regular transmission fluid and filter changes on your Camry?

Make sure your fluid level is correct. If you have access to a good scan tool check for codes related to the transmission. Good luck.
