Have looked and looked for arcing but the winged beast just keeps knocking. Is there anything to smooth my flow?

Few things to look at cracks in dissy cap rotor arm could be the inner workings are not working properley or worn shafts ect timing could be off slightley coil could be faulty plugs leads anything that sends spark to the plugs check or replace as they dont last forever
