I have a 92 Astro ext 4.3 cbi rwd with a high idle. if you let off the brake it will pull itself up to 35 mph without toughing the gas. the obd1 is not responding to the tester. it sat for a few years so I've changed all the basics. wires, plugs, vacuum lines, rotor button, distributor cap, air filter, fuel filter, fuel pump, etc. it was cutting out when climbing hills, so i changed the ignition coil and that seems to have fixed that issue but the idle is way to high obviously. What is your opinion for my next step?

CPI ... central port injection
if you let off the brake it will pull itself up to 35 mph
failed intake gasket. They all get it eventually
spray some starting fluid around the area to verify
