Got a 92 4Runner 3.0 V6.
EGR diaphragm checks good with vacuum test.
EGR Modulator; lines Q & P check good.
Line R has no vacuum. R line is clean up to throttle body. Seems to be plugged at the throttle body. How does one clear stoppage at the throttle body?

Sometimes you have to take it all apart and they will fill up with carbon and you have to clean them out using flexible stuff like flexible drill bits or an old speedometer cable putting a drill to clean it out like a Roto-Rooter
