Hey guys, how much would it be to convert a 1994 Ram 1500 with 213,000 miles from a 5 lug to a 6 lug?

Best case: using an adapter. Just web search "6 lug Dodge wheel adapter"
Worst case: replace axles. Not worth it.
I hope i won't have to replace axles because if i do it's gonna be a lawn ornament.
