99 Lexus RX300 noise issue

Hey, I have a very complex question, and this has stumped me for 2 years now...

So I have a 99 Lexus RX300, changed the Motor and Transmission in 2017 with a JDM setup.  In 2018 I had a Passenger side CV joint issue.  this is a Two-Piece Axle.  Anyway, I changed it to a one-piece from a 97 Camry.  it is the same length and size, but the Harmonic Balancer is larger.  Anyway, I changed this and about 2 months in I started getting a weird noise and slight Vibration.  The best way to describe this is it sounds like tire noise, but when I turn to the left it gets louder and when I turn to the right it gets less...... I drove like this for about 6 months and it got louder and louder, so I did the following...

Changed the CV-joint back to the correct two-piece, (not the original got a used replacement, and had it checked out...

Flushed and had transmission checked (no issue)

Checked both front bearings (changed in 2017)

Checked Drivers side CV-Joint (no broken seal, and is solid no movement)

Checked Ball joints, ti-rod ends inner and outer, all changed in 2017

Lower Control arms changed in 2018 (however mini spacer on inside edge would not fit on new arms, left off)

Checked and had an alignment done

Just changed tires two weeks ago and no issues there.

Noise is still there, Minor Vibration still there, no clue, runs fine no codes, and just annoying, have you any ideas, or advice.  I spoke to a friend who is a mechanic and told him, and said....Stop whining and live with it.....

??????????????????????????????????????????
