AC is not cooling much

I have VW Jetta 2009, AC is not cooling much as it should be when i checked for refringent refil i observed that low pressure line showing 60psi pressure.

Radiator AC Fan is working fine, compressor is also start and stop as usual

What could be the possible cause and how to fix it.

What are both high and low pressures while the compressor is running?
