Friends,
I work in an 2010 ford E450 ambulance that has a split AC system. One for the front, one for the back. We have replaced both compressors and several AC lines. The AC will only run for a day and them starts blowing hot air? Why?

Sounds to me like you have a leak in the A/C system somewhere and the freon is escaping.
I would highly recommend doing a leak test to see what you can find.
