- The cooling fan needs to be replaced.
- It's the 2.5 engine. I can't find a video anywhere on how to do it.
- The fan runs but stops with very little resistance when I try and stop it with a piece of cardboard.
- The car is not overheating but the AC only gets cold when I am driving.

Are you talking about the radiator fan (engine side of radiator), or the AC condenser fan (grille side)? Probably the condenser fan from your description. Does it spin freely when turned off, or is there resistance (wear) in the bearings that may be slowing it down?
