I have 02 dodge durango with 207883 miles and the ac will work but since been driving it this year have had 3 blower motor resistors burn out is there a way to track the issue or could i bypass it with a toggle switch for high setting?

If it's burning out resistors that means the blower is worn and needs to be replaced, it's pulling too much current and overheating the resistor. As a temporary measure you can hotwire it to blow at highest speed but it will stop working at some point. Be sure use heavy enough wire and fuse the circuit, probably 25-30 amps would be appropriate.

Go ahead and bypass I've done that millions of times
