Hello,
I have a 2007 Acura TL Type S w/ 117,723 miles, and it’s an Automatic.
About two weeks ago, I got my time belt replaced, along with the water pump and tensioner, then a week later, on my way to work, my car goes limp and check engine light comes on. It sounded like misfires and the car would not want to go past 25mph.
I replaced the spark plugs and with NGK 6994 at a 0.044 gap and that didn’t seem to fix the issue. The car would turn on, vibrate and stall. I went back and checked them, and I replaced my coils with Delphi and that didn’t work either. This time, the car cranks for a very short second and doesn’t turn on. Battery seems to be in good shape. My guess is the fuel pump needs replaced or I need a new key as I’ve noticed that the green key light comes on and flashes 5x after the key is taken out.
I’m lost and need help on getting it running.

We're always happy to help, or we would be doing other things!
After fixing all of that, car cranks and the engine sputters but it does not want to turn on, and it seems like the new pump is not activating, so the engine isn’t receiving any fuel.
The "shotgun" method rarely works. Did you use an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer, not the Chinese company, OEM) fuel pump? I would start there.
I’m not sure if it could be the battery
When was the battery changed last? Batteries last 3 to 5 years.
Wiring,
If you used an aftermarket pump, tear the car apart, put a new one in, start the car without cranking it. Take a multimeter, set it to continuity, and the multimeter should beep when the car is "running" if there's a complete circuit. If it doesn't beep, you'll need an electrical diagram that shows the fuel pump.

My vehicle has been out of commission for 3 months now, and it has just been sitting at the Acura Dealership who I have been having lots of troubles with.
So far what has been changed is:
Spark Plugs (NGK 6994)
Fuel Pump and Relay (Honda Genuine)
PCM (Reprogrammed by Acura)
Starter (Acura called about Starter “Spinning Erratically” Quoted me $800 to replace it, but I told them I’d bring my own part and I did.
Delphi Ignition Coils
It had the timing belt replaced as well as the water pump and tensioner. Acura called me on this and said the guy who put my belt on put it wrong and it shred a bit on the cover, but they got that fixed.
Acura is now telling me that they do not know what is wrong with the car and they told me not even the master tech knows what’s going on. Last time they called me, the car was running rough and kept misfiring and they suggested it might need a valve adjustment but their communication has been very lackluster and I’m ready to have my car back.
I don't mean to frequently post, but I have been able to get my car running in 3 weeks and I don’t want to continue dumping anymore money on things that aren’t necessary, but I need as much help as I can get.
This is a continuation of a topic you previously posted. Please keep all information about a particular car problem together under the same topic. Note that forum rules prohibit posting multiple topics about the same thing. Thank you.

You should not be taking an 18-year-old car to a dealership for service. What you need is a skilled diagnostician on the level of Scotty, South Main Auto, Pine Hollow Auto Diagnostics, and the like to get their hands on the vehicle. You'll rarely find that at a dealer or chain shop. It sounds like the dealer your car is at has been using the parts cannon approach, and they even managed to mess up installing a timing belt. (Hopefully they didn't get the engine out of time and bend up valves.)
@chucktobias That's the thing, I didn't know anyone of that skill set here where I live. I contacted several shops in regard to getting my PCM reprogrammed, and since my car still doesn't run, it is stuck with Acura and it is nearly impossible to get a hold of them. If I had pointers, this would be so much easier, but as of now, I don't know any people in Northwest Arkansas.
Have you tried a forum dedicated to Acura where possibly someone has experienced this problem and found a solution? An internet search for "Acura forum" finds some.
@chucktobias yes, this was my first instinct. I went to Acurzine and AcuraWorld and no one is having the issue I am having. That is why I resorted to the "Ask Scotty" forum to see what I can further find.
If Scotty hasn't run into the problem I don't know who else here would have. It sounds like the electronics are really messed up on that thing. Was it ever flooded? Acuras, like Hondas, do need periodic valve adjustments. At its age and mileage it's certainly due. However the valves would have to be seriously out of whack to cause the kind of problems you're experiencing. Has a compression or leakdown test been done to verify the engine's internal condition?
@chucktobias No, no flooding at all. Acura did all tests you’ve mentioned and green lit them all, but I’m still very lost on what the issue is. They actually just denied me today for services, so I will looking for a new shop
Well you definitely having anti-cellent problem first. Try to find another known good key if you have one to see if that will start it. If not, you're going to have to see a mechanic on that because then I theft systems require a very complex expensive computer to analyze and repair

2007 Acura TL Type-S (AUTOMATIC)
117,600 Miles
CEL - P0627
To sum it up, I was on my way to work one day, and about 2 minutes before I made it to work, my car started misfiring and went into limp mode and the CEL started flashing on me. I’ve replaced the sparkplugs, ignition coils, timing belt (installed a week before), fuel pump, and relays. After fixing all of that, car cranks and the engine sputters but it does not want to turn on, and it seems like the new pump is not activating, so the engine isn’t receiving any fuel. I replaced the relay (MITSUBA) with a Denso 39794-SDA-004, but to no avail. I’m not sure if it could be the battery, ECU, Wiring, etc, but it’s been difficult not having a car and I’m very lost.
