Should I use Additives?

I have a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer. I have added Rislone Engine Treatment Conditioner & Cleaner to it recently.  Now the engine to me feels like it is rumbling and running rough while I am ideling at like a drive through.  The car has never died and I do not feel or hear anything when it is being driven.  Prior to this, say about a month ago, I had a check engine light come on.  Using a couple diagnostic tool and was told I may need to replace my oxygen sensor.  Autozone and my trusted mechanic both said that this could just be a simple cleaning of one or more parts and not the sensor.  When the mechanic did look at it, he did only clean a part (I honestly forgot what) but before he did I had added Gumout Fuel Interor Cleaner/Carb Cleaner, Gumout High Mileage Fuel Injector Cleaner, And Gumout All-in-one Fuel system cleaner.  My question is after watching your video on additives and cleaners, do you think I did damage to my engine and this is why I may believe it is rumbling or running rough while idling ?

Possibly, you have to be very careful about what you are adding to your oil. I definitely wouldn't do it again.

I took my car to my mechanic today. They said they didn't feel it after driving 6 miles and no "codes" came up. I did a test and no number codes came up, but it says cylinder 3 is misfire. It is not bad shake.

You don't need oil additives. Wait for the fuel system cleaner to work its way out.
