1992 Ford Ranger 2.3L 4cyl 5spd Manual. (132,500 miles).

I have drained and refilled my radiator twice.  The protection level of the coolant only goes down to -10 degrees.  Is this enough to protect my engine?

Is it -10 Celsius or Fahrenheit?

fahrenheit

Then I guess temperature wise it's good enough, unless you live or drive in a cold region with similar or lower temperatures as you mentioned. What about the maximum temperature of it?
What type of antifreeze did you use?

prestone antifreeze + coolant 50/50 content water ratio rated to -34 to 265 degree (F) boil over

good for all makes models and years

does the temperature go below -10 deg where you live?

on a rare occasion (Indiana). One time it hit -17 here.

Well if that happened again, your coolant would freeze, and could do a lot of damage. Just like when the pipes in your house freeze.

should I add some non diluted antifreeze to raise the protection level?

Yes. The normal recommended mixing proportions are 50% concentrate, 50% water.
That should offer freeze protection down to -40 and provide a good amount of anti-corrosion.
That's why the premixed stuff is always 50/50
