Air in fuel lines

Scotty, I have a 01 Maxima, 60,000 miles on new engine. I replaced the fuel pump, which is used, they don't make them anymore, tested before we put it in. Alas, car doesn't start, crank no start. My question, could there be air in the lines causing it not to start, and if so, how to bleed. No Schrader valve. Thanks Scotty, you are the man!

No, the fuel pump would blow the air out of the lines and any fuel injected car like that. It's not like it's an old fashioned diesel where you get air in the line. I would put a fuel pressure tester though by the engine on the line to see if the pump is putting out pressure. It's not putting out the right treasure it's not going to work
