I bought this 2005 pilot with a wine in the power steering. The previous owners could not find the culprit either. Replaced the pump the oh rings and did everything that we could unfortunately air is still getting in. Unable to find it the leak. Could it be the cap of the reservoir that leaks cuz that's where the I see the power steering fluid around is the actual Reservoir however I cannot find it any ideas?
I'd start with the cap of the reservoir since you see fluid around it. Replacing the cap would be an easy and cheap place to start. Usually, power steering leaks are from the power steering pump, the hoses, and the seals on the rack, though. In this video, Scotty shows how to identify the source of leaks with UV dye, which might be the next step.

Oh, yeah - until you find the leak, you might try the Lucas Oil additive for leaking power steering systems - I had a neighbor who used it, and it dramatically reduced the leakage (didn't cure it though).
If it's blowing fluid and air bubbles up into the reservoir, you need to bleed the air out of the system. Jack the front up, run the engine at idle and turn the steering wheel back and forth, lock to lock about ten times. Check the reservoir and top it up if necessary. Of course, finding any leak is the most important first task.
