I got a 1999 LEXUS LX470, 4.7l 2UZ-FE engine, AT, and it got 193000 miles on it. It still runs well. But my salon heater didn’t blow that much heat. It is freezing in Mongolia these days. Reaching -43F some nights. So I had the salon radiator cleaned and changed the antifreeze altogether. Heater is working fine- nice hot air comes out, no problem. Then they said I should add some more antifreeze in the following morning before I left my garage. Next morning when I opened the radiator cap the red antifreeze turned to rusty color. What do I do? I got a photo of it but don’t know how to insert it here.

Perform a test to check for a blown head gasket. https://youtu.be/v0U8Iyf0kk4

With the high mileage, you probably have considerable corrosion residue in the system.  I would have it flushed again.
