Hello Scotty, I apologize in advanced as this is not really car related, but I wasn't sure how else to get in contact with you. My friend's grandpa is an avid watcher of yours and unfortunately he has fallen victim to one of the Crypto currency scammers pretending to be you in your comments. He is absolutely convinced he is in contact with you and that you have really asked him to invest money in your "crypto" project. We have tried to explain to him that it's a scam until we are blue in the face but he refuses to even entertain the thought that he is not in fact in contact with the real Scotty, and that Scotty also has not asked him for money. He's already lost 5000 dollars, and we're afraid he's going to lose more, and we won't be able to stop it.
If it's not too much trouble, could you please take a few seconds to address "Alan Tennent" In one of your questions and answers videos and tell him that no, you did not contact him and ask him for money? Again, I apologize as I know this is probably the wrong format to ask, but I wasn't sure where else I could ask that you'd be able to see it.
Regards.

That's awful. Hopefully Scotty will see this and respond in one of his videos.
Additionally, email contact info for Scotty is in the site FAQ.
Those bottom-feeders have been discussed here at length, so you may also want to refer your friend's grandfather to the site's scammer topic.
Thank you for the additional info! I'll be sure to email him too, because we're pretty much at a loss at this point. My friend's grandpa keeps saying "No Scotty is a good guy, I trust him" to everything we tell him and we don't know how else to get him to understand what's happening.
Make sure you put a subject line on the email that will catch Scotty's attention. He receives a huge amount of mail, most of it spam.
