Are BG services like battery testing and fluid flushing worth the cost?

The local dealership is offering premium service, mostly involving BG services.  Should I pay the $500 + likely extra time needed to BG service the care?  I might be able to buy some of the services individually, are any of the premium BG services worth it?

Standard 60k service $344.95

It seems the premium package mostly offers something called BG services:

Well I'll be... I went to school in NJ with a Sansone way back when. If your car is running fine, skip the fuel injection service. You should periodically clean your throttle plate, but 160 bucks is crazy high. You should replace your coolant, if you never have you are way past due. I recommend you find a reliable independent mechanic, the dealership will almost always upsell you big time.
