2013 Honda Accord EX-L 4cycl 99k I'm the second owner
Per a shop I have no reason not to trust, noted the following on a recent oil change - they found:
- Brake Fluid Dirty
- CVT Fluid Fair
- Drive Belt Worn
- Valve Cover Gasket Worn
How do you recommend I act upon each of the four? It does burn just a little oil. I am somewhat handy, are any of these things which need addressing ones I might be able handle?
"Somewhat handy" is not exactly confidence inspiring. They may just be creating income for themselves or you really need these maintenance items. Only you can decide.

The brake fluid is probably the most urgent. But you can get a tester and check it yourself and change it yourself if you want to save $ (literally thousands of videos on Youtube how to do this, no need to be redundant here).
The transmission fluid, who knows. But if it hasn't been done it probably should be. Not really a DIY project.
The drive belt you can check yourself. Lots of info out there on that, too. Probably a moderate DIY project if you feel comfortable.
The valve cover gasket is maybe the lowest urgency. If just seeping slight amount of oil, maybe just watch. Not likely a DIY project, though some guys around here have done it.

All sounds reasonable for 10-year-old vehicle.
