With regards to subject matter are Volkswagen worth buying new or 2nd hand. Since I've driven mostly VW Polo rental, the fit finish, handling and built quality are incredible. I enjoy driving one.

On the other hand there are biased reviews about the VW in India, about how the after sales service and spare availability is a bane. Adding to the high maintenance cost it comes with.

I'd personally choose Camry or late model Lexus over anything but due to the CBU route and high taxes Camry is not cheaply available in the Indian market.
