Scotty, in a recent video about the start/ stop you should a button to press to bypass this stupid system. I have a 2016 Chevy Malibu Limited with 75,000 miles, it does not have this button. Is there another way to bypass this?

Get a tuner and hardwire bypass it. You need to pay for a tune produced by tuning specialist, and they are available over the internet. You don't even need to leave the house. The tuner mates to the car after it's done modifying the system, so you will need to revert back to factory specifications if you sell it.
