Hello Scotty,
I bought the Autowit supercapacitor jump starter 2 in 2022 and tried it. It was working, and the display was working fine, so I kept it at home. on 25th Feb 2025, my car battery was weak ( AMG 12V 105A/H) IN BMW X5 2008 E70 4.8L WITH SPORT BACKAGE. But when I tried to use it, the screen is blank and no sounds, and it's not working, do you have any advice???

did you charge it?
You'll have to call Autowit. We mostly know how to fix cars here.
