Hello and good day mister Scotty.

I am really happy to find you on the internet and regularly watch your really insightful helpful videos.

I have a question and i just dont know how to find solution to my problem. I just came back from a garage and the guy also was scratching his head not really sure what it could be.

My problem is on a rainy or humid day my back seats become moist almost wet. There is no sign of water leak anywhere visible to the eye and when i open the rear to look for anything i dont see water anywhere. But the moist is there on the bottom of the backside of the seat aswell. So frustrating!

It is a 2007 fiat grande punto 1.4 benzine.

Bought it for only 3750 euros at 75000 km

Im at 81777 now and still runs fine.

i intent to keep this car for a few more years.

I know fiat sucks(watched yout video)  but maybe you could help me with this. Please do.

With kind regards

Muharrem Eker

Does it have a sunroof?

Is the rubber beading around the rear hatch still intact/pliable?

Damn i missed this video.

No it does not have a sunroof.

But maybe i need to check AC. Because i notice it leaks sometimes from below the car.
Fiat garage told me thats normal?

The rubbers and everything all seems fine. However i see a slight difference in the gap size from between the rear lights and trunk when you close the trunk. On the right side gap is slighty bigger between rear light and trunk as opposed to left side.

Condensation dripping below the car is normal (while the AC is turned on). Start checking that gap between the hatch and taillights for water leaks using leak dye, as shown in the above video. Water is getting in from somewhere..
