Hey Scotty, I have a 2015 Toyota Rav4 with 141.000 miles and when I got it with 139.000 my fuel range was 340 and now is 230 with a full tank of gas. Its really weird what do I need to do.

For starters you need to scan the vehicle for codes and live data to get an idea of what's going on.
Bear in mind that if you are in an area that experiences cold winter weather, winter blend fuel tends to result in lower gas mileage. So do longer warmup times in cold weather and letting the engine warm up before driving off.
