How to replace a cut wiring harness for driver side door?

Scotty, I need to know how much trouble I put myself into with this one...

I have a 2005 Toyota rav4, automatic transmission, 4wd LE model with 92,800-ish miles on the dash. Previous owner had to give it up due to age, and I couldn't pass on it. Only issue was an eyesore of a ding between the driver side front and rear doors from an accident they had gotten into.

The good news is I have a replacement set of doors (same year, some model, even color too!). Bad news is driver side door wiring harness is toast due to my impatience. I cut the wiring harness thinking the connector was too deep in the door to unclip while also holding the weight of the unbolted door at the pick n pull I got it from. I can use the wiring harness from the damaged door, but I have no clue how to thread it through between the sheets of metal that make up the door. What tools would you recommend for the job?

I promised myself I would be more patient with this part of the job,

Thanks Scotty!

The harness was surely installed after the door was assembled. If it can go in, it can come out.
