[Solved] Bad mounts?

So I have a 2007 Grand Prix 3.8L N/A. It seems like it's shifting hard especially out of 1st if I fully accelerate. But the trans is shifting on time, no slipping, has new fluid and flush, new filter, and an external cooler. It's the 4T65E. I'm wondering if it's bad motor mounts? I use Lucas Stop Slip every fluid change and it's got about 155k miles on it. When I idle in neutral, I can even feel the engine almost jerking every few seconds. I don't want to throw money at places I don't have to though. There's no check engine codes for the transmission and the data looks fine, would worn mounts be the issue???

I figured out it was my Torque Strut (dog bone) mounts on the front. The engine was moving up to an inch shifting into gear. Replacing those. Thanks everyone for the help, also thanks Scotty, I love your videos! Keep up the great work and get the truth out about cars!

You can physically examine the mounts for rubber deterioration or look at the engine when you put it in gear with the brakes on to see if it moves around.
