I have a Chevy Malibu 2012 and has 168,000 miles on it.it has a cylinder 4 misfire I don’t know what it could be I already changed the coils, spark plugs,fuel injector, and fuel injector wire harness and it has not fixed the issue do you know what it could be?

Well it could be a blown head gasket a bad piston a bad valve or even bed main computer drivers at fired. I would start by doing a wet and dry compression test of the engine to see if that cylinder is worn inside the engine first
