My son has a 2005 Chevy equinox and every time he accelerates hard the battery light comes on but goes well out when he takes his foot off the gas. New battery and alternator.
please help

This one is a little trickier but I would check all of the connections including and especially the grounds starting with the battery and alternator connections. It sounds like something is loose but it's hard to say for sure. Check that out and post another comment

When you check the connection to the alternator, see if the plug on the alternator moves any if you try to jiggle it. Could be a loose connection there.
