hey there scotty,
i plan on buying a used ambulance from a dealer as an overlanding vehicle and have narrowed it down to chevy or ford. what is your advice on which engine is better when it comes to size, cost to run and longevity. am i better off with a diesel (def or pre-def) or gas?

Well you better off with a diesel if you want to get better. Gas mileage and I would go pretty death. I would go forward
