Im looking for a scanner for my 1995 and 1991 GM cars which scanner can i buy? For personal use

It works fine if you're good at counting light flashes.

why not? heard from who?
Have you actually tried it?
It worked on my old GM cars.
Not sure what you mean by "reading" but it engine light flashes in a pattern to indicate stored codes.
