I recently bought a 2005 Nissan Murano. It has 202,000 miles on it. It's AWD w/ Automatic 4WD. The transmission is the CVT transmission. The car is in great condition. However, my boyfriend was looking at it and he said there was a little bit of oul in the air intake and oil all over the engine underneath the coil pack, and came to the conclusion that the head gasket is bad. After reading about the symptoms, my car has no white smoke, no sweet smell, does not idle weird or stall out and doesn't lose power. I have asked a couple other people and they say all they see wrong is the motor mount on the right side is bad. People are thinking he is trying to sabotage my car or make me spend money or sell a perfectly good car. Can you tell me if this sounds like a bad head gasket to you please?
It's more likely a leaky 18-year-old valve cover gasket and needing a new PCV valve.
You can always test for combustion gases in the coolant if concerned, though I'd be more worried about the CVT. It's already lasted way longer than typical for the Jatco units used by Nissan.

I will go for valve cover gasket leak. I had that happened in my Toyota 4Runner and didn't feel any rough idle nor white smoke from the exhaust pipe.
