When they switched to TG my Bluelink stuck in a permanent downloading mode. I can still use the buttons and everything so the system itself works. It’s just Bluelink that is blocking from getting to my things like my Bluetooth and my heating and all that kind of stuff Bluetooth I can’t use cause I have to get past Bluelink but everything else I seem to be able to use. How do I fix this? I’ve been trying for years dealership says they don’t know how they want to sell me a new car or replaced the whole system at $1500-$2000 I have 130,000 139,000 miles on my car hoping to get to 200,000. It’s been a really good car but I don’t know how to get this fixed. Can you help
Unfortunately, I don't know anyone who works on those systems anymore. They are so complex. Years ago when they were just stereos I would take them out and take them to Austin radio when I lived in Houston and they could always fix him. But that company is long gone. When the factory system breaks down. Most people just give up and if they're looking for entertainment they just buy an Android. They cost $150 bucks and work great and they're pretty easy to install. But if you want all the factory aspects, some companies do make Android systems for individual vehicles but they're expensive too. I had a customer do that on an Acura unit. Cost them 1600 bucks. Good luck!
