Hey Scott quick question I have a 2018 Hyundai Sonata Sport my car Bluetooth has. 3 sec delay with my iPhone 11 smart phone any advice before I take it to a shop thanks and have a good day

all bluetooth audio has some delay. It takes time for all those signals to be processed. Some units are better than others. Maybe Hyundai was trying to save money.
Try removing all sources of interference. Turn off bluetooth on unrelated devices.
Turn of all sound processing effects on the phone and stereo (equalizers etc.)
