I am currently living in the Netherland and got my Z4 stored for the winter season in a garage.
However Im starting to look into what kind of maintenance I can expect. I have heared from different people that its a good idea to replace the oil + the oil filter. The car has 184.000 KM's on it (more or less 115.000 Miles).

Oil change is recommended at least once a year or every ten to 15000 km, depends on what comes first.
Fill it up with gasoline. Check other fluid. Make sure coolant and windscreen washing fluid have lower freezing point.
