Brake Help!

Hey Scotty, got a 1998 f150 5.4 V8 auto 4x4, the brakes have been bad for a long time, a lot of shops have trie to fix as have I. Pedal travels to nearly the floor before stopping and actuating braking the truck, at times the rear drums would lock up but i believe I resolved that. Its had new front rotors, pads, rear drums, shoes, front calipers, rear wheel cylinders, a couple master cylinders (reman and the last one was new). Only things I haven't tried are the tiny ABS unit below the master cylinder and the booster. Any thoughts?

Make sure you don’t have air in the system. Simply check the brake fluid reservoir while someone push down the brake pedal. If you see bubbles, you have air in the system.
