I just bought a 1978 F150, it runs but the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor and don’t come back up when I push the pedal down. It had no fluid in it when I bought it but it does now. The master cylinder makes pressure and no fluid leaks anywhere. I’m sure I need to bleed the brakes. If that doesn’t work, what other causes could there be?

May need to replace the master cylinder. I had a 76 LTD that braked fine, till I stopped at a red light. Over time, the brake system would lose pressure till I pumped the brakes up again. Caused me to crash into a gas station cause I rode my brakes into the parking lot. No leaks, except internally to the MC.
