Does anyone have any experience with digital gauges such as digital Camshaft Degree Wheels, digital micrometers and such? Was thinking of trying them out on an engine build instead of non-digital. Any pros/cons or general experience with digital readers would help.

I used to work with analog and digital calipers, other tools were analog ones.
Advantage is that you can read measured quantity faster since you don't have to look for aligned bars.
But if software goes haywire, you are screwed if you don't have analog tools in vicinity.
