I currently drive a 4th gen 2003 v8 4runner with 250k on it. It has an exhaust leak but other than that its in great condition. Im wondering if I should drive it until there is a major failure or sell it in the next couple years and get another 4runner.
If I were to get a new one, I would look to get a 4th gen V6 with 100-150k miles or a 18/19 5th gen. Should I sell my current 4runner, and if so which one should I get?

Keep trucking with your current 4runner, these things are bullet proof. If you decided on a new one, any of them are good. Just make sure it's not a rust bucket!
