Hey Scotty, I’m looking to buy my first vehicle, I’ve done hours and hours of research and I’ve watched all your videos from the past year. I haven’t heard you talk much about Mazda though. I was wondering what your thoughts on buying a used Mazda CX-5 (2013-2014) are? Or if you have any other suggestions on a SUV with decent gas mileage and well made. Mazda has gotten much better. They suffer from no major problems. The sport (2.0) engine can have a minor (weeping) leaking valve gasket. The 2.0 gets perhaps a mile per gallon better than the 2.5. I would stick with the 2.5 for the increased power. Obviously toyota and Honda are well made but you can probably get a better deal on a Mazda. The Mazda is much better in driving engagement.
