Hi there
I have camry 2004 2az fe engine with 188000 km manual trans and a monthe ago the engine have weird sound after i changed the valvcover rubber i nedd to know what ishould do blew youtube link

Did you attach all vacuum hoses back & are you sure the gasket isn’t pinched/seated properly?
Yes I do but I go to a mechanic he said this is a crankshaft sound but I didn't believe him

I would check with a mechanic to see if there is a misfire in one of the cylinders.

Did ya make sure there was no bolt or nut you may have dropped in the valve train? Sounds like valve clatter.
