I have a 2017 Kia Niro Lx with 103,000 miles on it with an automatic transmission. I called the dealer to make an appointment to get the transmission fluid changed out and they told me they could do it and quoted me a price. When I showed up to my appointment, they told me it’s impossible to access the transmission fluid on this car model so I can’t get it done. Which person from the same dealership is wrong? Thank you.

There has to be drain and fill plugs on the thing accessed from under the car.
