I bought a used 2009Toyota Sienna xle last year May 2021@ 123k miles. The power steering fluid is now running low, and I don't know which one the previous owner put there. I read the manual and it's days that I have to use a Dextrin II or Dextrin III. The one I got is reddish while the one I. The vehicle is kinda army greenish. Should I mix new old to the old one? Is it's to drain the old one before putting the new one, what is the proper procedure?

Dextron II or III is dyed red for trani use. But toyota indicates it can be used.

I would not recommend mixing the different fluids together. I would drain out the old one out and put in the recommended fluid for your car.

Dextrin

I think you mean Dexron.

Also, why is the fluid low? Fix any leaks 1st.
