I have a 2023 Honda CR-V with 1.5L turbo and CR-V transmission. The transmission fluid addition port is on top of the transmission in the engine compartment and easily accessible through a rubber plug. QUESTION: Could an aftermarket transmission dip stick be added to the addition port to check the level? Or is there stuff in the way that would prevent pushing a dip stick down the hole into the pan? Thanks!

dipsticks usually have a separate tube that goes all way to the bottom of the transmission to the catch pan.
If this is plug covers a simple hole in the transmission case, then there's nothing to keep whatever you stick in there from contacting the transmission guts, which would be a terrible idea.
