My car reg No: Y928SMO, Honda, Civic, VTEC. SE Executive; recently had the Power steering electrical pump was replaced. This was done by a mechanic.
Before this the heating would come on in a matter of 3 - 4 minutes. Now the heating does not come on like before. Could you please advise on how to go about rectifying this? Thermostat, heating controls, etc?
Please inform if you need any further details.

Sorry. Forgot to mention it is an automatic.
The mileage is 101400

Replace the thermostat first.
